To help us respond, please include:
- Application name and version.
- Device and operating system version.
- What you were trying to do and what happened.
- Any error message displayed.
You may attach a screenshot with your personal information hidden. Do not send passwords or payment information.

Photo Assist
Set up your equipment and select the scene, lighting conditions, and subject movement to receive a suggested starting point. Settings must be applied manually on your camera and adjusted to suit actual conditions.
If you experience difficulties with Apple Watch, make sure it is paired with your iPhone and open the application on both devices.

PhotoKalk
For questions about calculations, please specify the tool used, the values entered, and the result obtained. Calculations are provided as a reference and should be interpreted according to the shooting conditions.
